Two swimming pools ... one on the Oceanfront, near the outdoor spa and the "Spray Ground" for kids. There is also an indoor pool complex and another spa. This pool is heated and stays open all year. Next to the pool area is an arcade room and a fitness room.
Walk down to the beach on the private walkway or enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the Oceanfront gazebo. The views from the gazebo are beautiful.
Inside, Afternoon Delight carries on the theme of comfortable elegance. Three bedrooms, two kings with private baths and another bedroom with a pyramid bunk. There are also two roll-a-way beds. All the bed linens, pillows and bath towels are provided for you. Village Realty will make the beds before you arrive. A starter set of soaps and paper products is furnished for your convenience.
Amenities include wireless Internet access, 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, stereo, fireplace. No smoking is permitted and Afternoon does not permit pets. Sunday check in day for full week stays with flexibility during the off season.
One big advantage these vacation rentals have is that everyone in the family can rent their own condo or townhome ... and spend the day together at the pool or hot tub or beach. Later in the day, when everyone is tired and wants to relax, just head back to your own little piece of paradise.
Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
2012 Oceanfront Pool Dates at the Croatan Surf Club: The outdoor pool is open from April 1st through the end of October (weather permitting). The indoor heated pool is open all year. Hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
