The Croatan Surf Club complex is located on the oceanfront in Kill Devil Hillls. This resort features an outdoor pool, outdoor spa and a spray ground for the kids. There is also an indoor heated pool (open all year) and an indoor hot tub. The private walkway goes right to the oceanfront and there is an oceanfront gazebo where you can sit and watch the sun come up or enjoy a cool beverage while you watch the waves come in.
'3's Company' has two bedrooms and three full baths. Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. All the bed linens and towels are provided and beds will be made prior to check in.
This townhome faces south. There is no oceanview. Amenities include wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop computer), three TVs and three DVD players.
Policies: No smoking. Pets are not permitted. Saturday check in day.
Nearby are some great Outer Banks restaurants including Goombays, Red Drum, Jolly Roger and The Pearl. The Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey's Ridge are some of the OBX attractions you don't want to miss. Two grocery stores are just a short drive away; Food Lion at the Belk Center (Mile Post 7) and Harris Teeter, located at about Mile Post 9.8). Both are full service and open year 'round.
Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
2012 Oceanfront Pool Dates at the Croatan Surf Club: The outdoor pool is open from April 1st through the end of October (weather permitting). The indoor heated pool is open all year. Hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
